we are living through an endless cycle of chaos and destruction. we have entered this loop of violence and death and we refuse to put an end to it. what are we afraid of?

like a gambling addict who keeps returning to the same slot machine, we keep engaging in these pointless exchanges of bombs, bullets and blood. are we simply afraid of admitting the obvious? that we have lost a long time ago and we keep losing ever since. that there are no winners in war.

be that as it may, war loops are a part of our lives. we should not engage with them, but we cannot ignore them.

a year ago I did not know how to express these thoughts verbally. I only knew that I have to find a way to clear my mind. I had to stop thinking about things I have no control over.

so I turned to the piano, I played a few notes, then repeated them, creating loops that became my refuge. as my fingers moved over the familiar keys, the noise of the world faded, leaving only the present moment in its wake.

“war loops” invites you to let your fingers and mind wander, to immerse yourself in sound, and to momentarily forget the burdens that weigh you down. these loops offer a therapeutic escape, a space to breathe and find calm amidst the storm. we invite you to experience this meditation in sound. allow the loops to guide your mind, to help you let go, even if just for a while.
